WHY

By 2050 there will be more plastic than fish in the world’s oceans.

8 million metric tons of plastic ends up in our oceans every year, equivalent to 15 grocery bags filled with plastic for every meter of coastline in the world.

Every minute one garbage truck of plastic is dumped in our ocean.

Only 9% of the global plastic waste we produce is recycled.

OUR MISSION

To lead a movement of like-minded people towards a healthy ocean by removing waste plastics from our waterways and upcycling them into Orca Sound Project products.

OUR VISION

Using the UN Sustainability Goals we endeavor to develop a platform that communities can use to create active awareness around the UN's Sustainability Goal 14 ‘Life Below Water’ and work towards a healthier planet.

ABOUT

Orca Sound Project is stepping up to the challenges the world faces in sustainability. We are a solutions platform for environmental issues with a current focus on ocean waste and recycling.

Through creative eco innovation, working with material, communal and economic platforms with a focus on environmental values with a close eye on forward thinking opportunities to remodel our world.

Our community and team are energising the circular economy. Our artists are creating and activating new conscious communities and cultural innovators. Everyone is talking about changing and we have solutions.

Orca Sound Project subsidises global fisheries to trawl for plastic instead of fish, not only to clear plastic waste from our oceans but also to combat overfishing.

Both companies give a % of profits to clearing plastic from our oceans.
